It takes no energy to save energy!
  • Installing Radflek could not be simpler - anyone really can do it. It only takes five minutes to fit and the benefits are immediate. Once fitted, no major maintenance is required, just the occasional dusting to retain optimum reflectivity. Radflek will last for years, continuing to save you money on your energy bills and reducing CO² emissions.
  • Radflek is designed for wall mounted radiators. The standard pack contains all that is needed to hang Radflek behind these. Instructions for a standard installation of wall mounted radiators is set out below. If your wall mounted radiators have mounting brackets well below the top of the radiator or materially far from the edges of the radiator, please refer to the alternative installation method in our FAQs. If you have floor standing radiators, you should use Radhooks (available on our shop page) or similar wall fixings and refer to the floor mounted instructions on the pdf download.
  • For wider radiators and other non standard installations please refer to our FAQs.

Installation for wall mounted radiators Installation instructions should be treated as a guide only. For best reflectivity hang the Radflek sheet as rigidly as possible on the wall brackets at the back of the radiator, with an equal gap between the wall, the Radflek sheet and the radiator. Position clips on the brackets, roll further or trim bottom to size.

1. Flatten creases with thumb - does not need to be perfectly flat.

2. Measure distance between radiator wall brackets behind radiator.

3. Cut Radflek sheet to width between wall brackets.

4. Make a 1cm fold along the top of the Radflek sheet.

5. Slide on at least two clips over the fold.

6. More clips along the top will provide greater rigidity to sheet.

7. Roll top of sheet around clips at least once to secure.

8. Position clips on the wall brackets. If needed, roll more or trim bottom.
